It’s been taxing for the Malaysian juniors yesterday as 2 rounds were played. Furthermore the juniors were facing tougher opponents & energy were draining off from them.
Under-8 Boys
Amier Hamzah managed to secure a draw against SAIDAKBAR Saydaliev of Uzbekistan while his compatriot Teh De Juan lost to FIEBERG Samuel of Germany.
Under-8 Girls
Teh De Zen also lost the 2nd game to EMEUOVA Gulziya of Kazakstan.
Under-10 Girls
Nur Najiha also managed to secure draw against the host (Turkey), Vatansever Buse.
Under-12 Boys
Muhd Irfan Haqqim brought the cheer to the Malaysian camp by finishing Finnish player Bicer Sena Aksel. Keep up the good work!
Under-12 Girls
Both of the Under-12 Girls drew their respective games yesterday. Nur Nabila drew against Lasya Goli of India while Camilia Johari passed another test with draw against Ghukasyan Siranush of Armenia.
Under-14 Boys
Wong Jianwen drew Mamaliga Laurentiu of Macedonia while Elgin Lee won Cakiroglu Metin of Turkey.
Under-14 Girls
Hoh Tjin Li suffered her another lost to Balzano Filli of Italy.
Under-16 Boys
Sumant Subramaniam lost to Givon Asaf of Israel.
